You have also added that you have never had a problem with PayPal ever....but, to my surprise, such a well organized company like PayPal, do not have their transactions from few countries like United Arab Emirates (if I am not mistaken). Kindly confirm and correct me if I am wrong. (Because, the transfering of money from Dubai to other countries are accepted only in the form of an "Authorised Bank Draft or Cheque" and "Western Union Transfer". wow !!
