I am new to adlandpro but I will make the comment anyway. I too look over the new memebers but I do not just pound every new one with "let's be friends". Look first, do they simular interests, do they say something in their info that strikes a cord with you? In other words have a reason that they would want you to be an adlandpro friend. Maybe wait till they have been on a few days at least.
