Thanks for your comments. I will have to disagree with you Terri. Quite a few years back now I use to be a negative thinker, and adding that to the depression that I suffer from was not a very good combination. Then I had a major episode of depression where I hit rock bottom....when I say rock bottom I mean it can not get any worse. I was at a point where I wanted to commit suicide.
I went through a program in Louisiana at a place called Briarwood. This was the worse time of my life and yet, it was the best time of my life. I dealt with my depression there, plus all the issues that had gotten me to that point, and I felt like a different person afterwards. It took me a few years to really be completely better, but person that existed before no longer exists.
Change can be made, but only if you want to change. You have got to want to be a positive person and want to change your life, and if not it will not happen...just like anything else in life!
