Hi Izabel, Great to see you! I have been following the Go Gratitude experiment since the beginning too, and I had in my Gratitude forum, but I have moved the gratitude forum over here to this forum, so I thought I would move this too. Looks like we can reach more people this way too! Blessings for all you do in the name of Gratitude.

Hi Linda, I, also, have been in since the beginning! I gave everyone a Go Gratitude symbol drawn on a post it note on the outside of their Christmas card envelope. Many questions were raised on what it could mean but I held them in suspense til the very end! After I explained we all took our turn stating what we were most grateful for...of course there was a lot of laughter because most of it at that time was gratitude for the Christmas presents they had just received :) The best part of it is....is that it didn't stop there. Since that time every time we get together or call each other we recap the things we are grateful for. Everyone I have introduced to the go gratitude experiment and/or the way the quality of your life can improve just for focusing on the positive things in life no matter how small (ever been grateful for your toothbrush or your cup of coffee in the morning :)...you can raise your vibratory level and receive even more things to be grateful for. If I smash my finger I say "that may have hurt but I am grateful I still have all my fingers". If I stub my toe I say "that may have hurt but I am grateful I have all my toes". I am grateful that I am doing all things through Christ, who strengthens me. I am grateful I can go to bed when I want and get up when I want. I am grateful that I am giving my day to God so he may lead my path. These are just some of the things I put in a gratitude journal which I do for 15 minutes a day. I just write down all things that I am grateful for, big and small as they come to me. Every day has something a little different that I grateful for. It's a great way to live life...looking for the best things life is offering, instead of putting the focus of your thoughts on what isn't working in your life and bringing your self down. Your life is what you think about...think good thoughts! Sorry for the monologue...I tend to get carried away when I talk about this! Just ask my family! Wishing you all life has to offer... Take Care and God Bless Syl PS. I still plan on getting over to your other forum and adding my perfect day to yours!

Hello Linda, This sounds great. I have always found it difficult to understand, how people could function properly, without a positive attitude. And, without being greatful. (there are obviously far too many miserables' in our human race.) I will try to get back here and check more. Ron S.

Hi Linda, I just have to say this GoGratitude experiment is totally awesome, and everyone should join. I love your post Sylvia, and it is all so true. I have added the site to my signature line for forums, emails, and whatever I do. It is really important stuff :-) Thanks for the invite Linda. You are the best, Jill
