This is a great article and very true.
I too love the statement, "It takes a long time to become an overnight success!"
and also the fact that "Just because a person has these characteristics, it does not ensure success and, on the flip side, a person is not necessarily doomed to failure just because he or she does not possess all three of them."
That reflects very good understanding of the fact that people are different and can be a success with or without all these qualities.
