Thanks Dave, I am actually doing someting right! To be honest I had started to think I was being too fastidious - after working on my website in my lucid moments over the last four months, I am still not happy with it. My preference is a simple, single or double column page without all these boxes down either or both sides. Probably my main problem is that I have been looking at other websites and, even though I don't like them, feeling that I am out of touch once again - after all the sites must work, right? Simple soul that I am, I had never questioned the effectiveness of what I was seeing. (Yes. I have been known to walk into walls!) I have a major problem to resolve - what do I want my site to do? I favour providing information but need to make money - so now I am working on two sites with a strong relationship between them. It's not easy, is it?
