HI Debbie, Thanks for your help. Unfortunately there is no way to do a mass invite, but I can give you a good tip though. Write up a generic invitation on Notepad or WordPad, save it to your documents, and then when you need to invite people just copy and paste. That way you do not have to do all that typing. It makes it go by pretty quick! Take care, Marilyn
