Hi David!
I didn't even get half way through your post before I started mentally shouting, "Amen!"
One of the biggest scammers I had the pleasure of exposing had a very clean, well written site. Very professional looking. So good in fact, that he was successful in ripping off at least 30 people of more than $60,000 in one year. (Each of these 30 people, have contacted me, and every story was exactly the same.) His name is Dave Turner, aka Clinton Walker, aka Dean Phillips, Inside Reporter, and Marketing Basics. The last to are blog psuedonyms.
There is no such thing as get rich quick, unless you're a scammer. Solid income comes from honesty, commitment, effort and determination, not from some flashy program, which is promising the moon for peanuts.
Research every income opportunity, and run away from anything which promises high returns on your money for doing nothing. And yes, I consider surfing for traffic doing nothing. IMHO it is a waste of time even listing your site with an auto surf program, where the only people that are surfing are people selling, not buying, knowing full well that no one is probably even seeing your page, because like you, they aren't paying attention.
Wasting time is just as profitable as doing nothing.
Anywho... Awesome article David!
Take care,
Trina
