Hi Luella,

I had Diverticulosis years ago, it is one of the most painful things. When I had all the surgery they fixed it by removing some of the colon. Anyhow, I remember seeing it in my Coconut cures book by Bruce Fife, N.D. He gives the Fiber count for various flours. Coconut flour has 61 even wheat bran has only 27 and enriched white flour 3. So I am going to make sure I use more coconut flour.
