How do I receive funds to my Payoneer Account?

There are several ways for you to receive funds to your Payoneer Account:

• US and EU Payment Service: This service allows Payoneer account holders to receive commercial payments from US and EU companies via ACH (US) and SEPA (EU) transfers, in accordance with the service Terms and Conditions . To read more about this service, click here.
• Payoneer Mass Payout Companies: Payoneer makes it easy to receive funds from more than 2,000 international companies. These companies have partnered with Payoneer in order to offer our payout solution as part of their service.
  To receive funds from one of these companies, simply sign in to your account on the company’s website or online platform and select Payoneer as your payout method. Use “Already Have an Account” to add your company payouts – the funds will be transferred to you quickly, securely, and at low-cost – directly to your Payoneer account! How do I view my Payoneer Account balance?

• Sign in to My Account. Your current account balance will be displayed at the top of the page, below the menu.
• Call 1-888-802-4442/+44-203-519-1198 (UK) at any time to check your account balance and other important information.

How do I withdraw funds from my Payoneer Account?

What are the costs and obligations associated with the Payoneer Account?

If you already have an account, a full list of pricing and fees can be accessed here: Pricing and Fees . For new applicants, a full list of pricing and fees will be displayed during the application process.

You are not required to maintain a minimum balance, and you may cancel your account at any time.

How do I check my transaction and payment history?

Sign in to My Account and go to the “Activity” menu, or click on either of the links below:

Are there any limits to receiving funds to the Payoneer Account?

There is no limit to the amount you can receive from Payoneer Mass Payout Companies, or via the US / EU Payment Service *Subject to Payoneer approval.

How do I cancel my Payoneer Account?

To cancel your account, please contact our customer support department.

What is the US / EU Payment Service?

The US / EU Payment Service allows Payoneer account holders to receive payments from US / EU companies, in accordance with our US / EU Payment Service Terms and Conditions.

Simply provide the company you are working for with the US / EU account and routing number that we provide to you, and ask them to send you a payment via ACH (US bank transfer) or via SEPA (in the EU) transfers. To read more about how it works, click here.

Can the US / EU Payment Service be used to receive payments from any company?

You can receive payments from US / EU companies, in accordance with our US / EU Payment Service Terms and Conditions . We do not support receiving payments directly from individuals or personal bank accounts.

What is a US Payment Request?

We offer a US Payment Request service, which allows you to easily send a request for payment to any US company, directly from your Payoneer account. You can access this service from the “Receive Money” menu in your account, or by clicking here.

How can I receive a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard® card?

If you signed up for Payoneer with a local bank account, you will not be able to receive a Payoneer card for your account at this time.

If you would like to receive payments to a Payoneer card, you will need to apply for a new account, using an alternate e-mail address, by going to www.payoneer.com and clicking on the “Sign Up” button.*
