HI Mary, I know that this is a large list...you do not have to do them all at once if you don't want to. I personally do have an invitation that I have saved and send out to everyone because it saves time with writing out a note to each one. That is perfectly fine if you do that...then you just click each link, paste, and send. Thanks for all your hard work with welcoming our newcomers. Marilyn
