Hello Dr. David, Thank you for this forum. Yes I agree that we need to recruit all that we can so that they can all have the oppertunities that we have. I still think that we should adopt a slogan something like Come Fly With Us On the Wings Of Success Advisory Team As We Soar Up Above The Crowd Attaining All The Goals Set Before Us.
