This one is a great subject. I have been learning more about birds since my Freddie died.
There are a couple of birds I watch on Youtube, which have been mistreated. Sick hateful people in this world.The ones that have them now are giving great information about parrots, and taking great care of them. One said there are 270 different parrots. The parakeets are included in this. I didn't know that.

Oh my gosh Myrna, I think I was on the phone with you when Freddie died. I am so sorry. And wow, I did not know there were that many variety. That's why I don't have birds, because I don't know anything about caring for them.

Yes we were on the phone, doing that program that took us weeks to get in. And then my bird dies in the middle of it.

He was the 4th fird I have had. They all hadbad endings. My parakeet was snachs out of flying by with my friends dog that I was holding. The dog was almost blind, but she saw someting coming and there went my baby. She only lived a few minutes. That little bird was so adorable, she loved to go byebye's. I would ask her if she wanted to go see grandma and she would go in her cage. As we going out the door she would be doing the cutest little cheap. I loved her so much. I cried for 3 days, I had a rough time getting over tuffy.

I have a vet that know about birds she has been so helpful. Now I have this knowledge and no birds. I am holding onto the cage, just in case I hear of another one. I would take a cockatiel or a parakeet
