Ken,
Looking over the information you collected, it looks to me that Stormpay is not the culprit but is being forced to freeze accounts and implement other policies due to 12dailypro's problems. I am always real sceptical of programs like 12dailypro, as I have been burned by "ponzi" schemes disguised as legitimate programs before. A lot of good people have sugested I join 12dailypro and I would have, but do not have regular access to the internet so was going to wait until I did. Now it seems that I accidently made the right decision afterall. The ongoing investigation will probably reveal what is going on but I think Stormpay will not be found guilty. I do have a stormpay acct. though have used it rarely and am now having difficulty accessing my account also. This is probably due to a large amount of traffic to that site overloading the searvers. I do not like to use Stormpay due to it's high cost of transaction fees, etc. Another payment processor that I do recomend for security and utility is E-Bullion. http://www.e-bullion.com/
Any e-currency payment processor can have these kind of problems if the programs using them stumble. A new way to do e-transactions is probably the answer to these problems. Good luck and keep up the good work.
