This is a terrible situation for everyone, including me, however, I have just logged into my account and deleted the details of my credit card. Therefore at least the website is back up. I checked all the links whilst I was there and although they still have the stormclix link, they have removed the stormclix profile, you are therefore unable to access the funds that you may or may not have accrued.
Even if there is a favourable outcome and we do receive our monies back, I will be very surprised if Stormpay are able to recover from this.
