Marilyn, this is the sweetest story I have ever read. This is such a beautiful and unusual bond. Almost breaks my heart that Owen will grow up, may have a love interest and leave Mzee behind. I can see Mzee's heart breading as his friendship dies for the love of another. No matter what happens, I do hope that Owen and Mzee never lose that special bond between them.
