There are also trivia question breaks that have like 5-6 questions and poll question. There are different levels for your account; coffee breaker, lunch breaker, and each time you level up, you get better benefits. In the early stages, you are limited to 10 breaks a day which can earn you 100 points daily. once you reach "weekend breaker" which is at 1500 points, you will start to earn 50% more for each break and you can earn more breaks a day.
