AlertPay - Press Release May 16, 2005

PRESS RELEASE - 05/16/2005 AlertPay - A BETTER Alternative to PayPal ALERTPAY LAUNCHES PAYMENT SITE ON JUNE 16th, 2005 Montreal, Canada - AlertPay.com, an internet payment system, will be launching its highly anticipated website on June 16th, 2005. AlertPay.com brings a strong presence to the online payment market giving consumers a choice to send and receive money online. AlertPay strives to become a global leader in online payments by providing critical services lacking in the industry today: account safety, intelligent customer service and competitive fees. An AlertPay spokesperson said, "AlertPay is here to fulfill the needs of the ever growing consumer dissatisfaction with current online payment solutions. Having your account locked, or having your funds frozen is all too common and is simply not acceptable for any consumer or business. AlertPay believes in valuing its members and respecting their accounts instead of hiding behind elaborate user agreements. Consumers have been abused for too long which is confirmed by the fact that complaint sites keep growing steadily everyday." AlertPay enables any business or consumer with an email to send and receive internet payments securely, quickly and cost-effectively. Members can use their accounts to purchase goods and services from merchant sites, send money to family and/or friends, and even make payments at auction sites such as eBay and Yahoo. AlertPay also offers an Escrow service to its members for high ticket purchases. The AlertPay's affiliate program is remarkable, rewarding members repeatedly as their referrals use their accounts. This is far more profitable than other referral programs that simply provide a one time referral bonus. AlertPay will be launching with a huge referral promotion giving away free t-shirts, hats, key chains and executive gift sets. These items are limited in quantity, so you should get them while you can. About AlertPay AlertPay.com, a privately owned and managed company founded in 2004, is an internet payment system enabling any business or consumer with email to send and receive internet payments securely, quickly and cost-effectively. With its office headquarters in Montreal, Canada, AlertPay is available to users all around the world. Hi Kathy, I am a member of greenzap as well and I don't see how the need to upgrade is needed for payment processing. It's more an affiliate program for members to earn from members is what I am seeing. I haven't found where I can get payment buttons for my products or services to place on my sites. I have not upgraded and don't think that a payment processor should ask for such. I see that they are listed on the stock exchange so they are taking investors money. But I have been through the site for hours looking for stuff and yet am not convinced they are a payment processor. I haven't seen anyone using it yet either. These are my observations. I looked long and hard into this program and dug up all I could find and it's alot. This company, AlertPay, is VeriSign certified and BBB verified plus a good listing on the BBBonline site with company info, # of employees, etc. Local Gov't listing in order. As with anything else, we rely on any information we may find and it is up to the individual to make a choice whether it's for them or not. Thank you for taking time to ask your question and i hope I have answered it. Good to see you again. Newest Release: Podcasting For Fun & Profit!
