Hello Bruce, I'm no expert on this but I do know that there are federal guidelines when it comes to transferring fund ANYWHERE. Plus the registration and financial backing needed to handle volumes of money are a big part of it. And you will need a law firm for all of your legal matter pertaining to business setup, terms of services, corporating and all. You may wish to ask your local Commerce Dept. on guidelines to do this kind of business and due dilegence is needed into the laws of money transferring, especially dealing with multiple countries. There are lots of payment processors that are in the process of organizing or promoting their companies at this time. So it is my feelings that we all need to do due diligence when joining any of them. I can say that I have not had any problems with PayPal or GreenZap. I have had some instances with StormPay and their auctions that were very upsetting and got no explainations from them. So I cancelled all my auctions and haven't posted any since. Turned out there are lots of scammers trying to get free stuff and do charge backs as soon as they got the products they bidded on and won. Again nothing from StormPay just lost money and products. I have even gone as far as to take them off my ISP site as a payment processor. I will keep PayPal and GreenZap for now and watch the industry closely. For those that don't know about GreenZap you can study up on it here: http://www.greenzap.com/sm51 Thanks for the invitation, Stephen

Hello Ken. I've read all you posted about AlertPay, here and on your other Forum. Now, I'm almost convinced :-) First I had a problem how to get money to my online accounts. Finally I managed to have some. The irony is that now I don't know how to get them out from Stormpay and to leave them online though?! Can you help me with this one, Ken? Thank you.
