Hi Luella,

Just read an article last week or so, about the hair loss. They too said thyroid, but also wheat could be causing the hair loss. I read in the article that wheat could be a cause of Vitamin B-12 and vitamin d not to enter your body. Thing is the last test I had down, both B-12 and D were low, especially the vitamin D.
I have had trouble with the thyroid all my life, trouble losing and keeping the weight off. That is why I think the coconut oil is helping the thyroid, because I have been losing weight for over 2 years. It is very slow, but have lost about 30 lbs and it staying off too.
Just thought I would add what I have learned. Hope it helps someone else.

Thank you Myrna. An underactive thyroid does put the weight on. Wheat is also the cause of so many diseases.
