Hello Friends, Since we started out with a Fish dish and since that's mostly what I eat these days, here's another dish that you might like. This great alternative to the traditional greasy fish fry is beautifully golden on the outside, flaky and tender on the inside, and it's virtually foolproof to make. Serve with a baked potato and you choice of vegetables. A perfect meal for two. Fake-fried Fish Ingredients 4 medium Fish fillets 1 1/2 cup(s) seasoned bread crumbs 2 tsp parmesan cheese 2 egg whites 1 dash salt 1 dash pepper Preparation 1. In large bowl, combine salt, pepper, bread crumbs and cheese. 2. Coat fish with egg whites and drain off excess. 3. Roll fish in crumb mixture and coat well. 4. Spray baking pan with non-stick spray. Place fish on pan. 5. Melt 1/4 cup of butter and drizzle on top of fish. 6. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 or until fish is flaky. Have A Blessed Day My Friends Phil
