RE: 7 Overlooked Causes of Chronic Anxiety

I will make sure she does it right. Thanks for the emphasis. She seems okay to me as I am here with her now. The incident was many years ago, and she no longer lives in that state (Arizona) it happened or works that type of job. I have seen her stressed out since I have moved here in Tennessee. But not too bad, she just got snappy with me, but also explained her mood during the snappiness. So, I thought that was cool! At least she can express her stress level is what I thought at the time when she got snappy with me.

I worked with plenty of depressed and anxiety suffers in my days as an admin support person at a Veterans Hospital ... individuals need different way to deal with both ... I am not convinced that pill that adds NO nutritional value to a management regiment is the answer. Personally, I keep thinking about the elders in my family ... am sure they found a way to deal with depression & anxiety without corporate pills and many live well past 80 years & in their right minds ... the elders in my family on my mother's side of the family start breaking mentally around their mid-80s if they slow down from public activities like church, attending socials (birthday celebrations, weddings, anniversary celebrations ...) they also become isolated when multiple family members surmise within a year's time ... swinging at a public park works for me ... I like packing a snack and visiting the park when the children are in school :D This really helps calm the heart and revive the 'kid n' me' ...
