	Here is a Video to follow-up on two calls I did, One was about Sodium, and the other call was about Prepared Foods. This Aspartame, fits into two categories of Food Additives, In the Sodium Category, and also in the Dangerous Food Additive Category, of which there are 1000's of bad food additives. Aspartame also falls into another category as it has been proved without a shadow of a doubt that it is a CARCINOGEN!!! Aspartame falls under Artificial Sweeteners. The Name "Artificial" Sweeteners alone should draw a RED FLAG!!!! Why? We as humans are not "ARTIFICIAL" in any way, shape or form!!! Therefore, our bodies see anything that is not Wholesome as a TOXIN and stores it in our cells, and later it becomes an illness of some kind, or worse you develop CANCER!!! So think again before purchasing these packets, or using them when you go out to eat. You're better off using real cane sugar, but with this, you want to watch your intake of cane sugar. Just 4 grams of cane sugar is worth a teaspoon. So . . . listen to this awesome video, of which tells you even more than I have about how adverse Aspartame is to your health.
