(Health Secrets) Much the same as in the building of a nice strong house, chiropractic follows a plan that progresses in a certain order so that the body can become aligned, strong and function as it was meant to. For instance, when building a house you must have a strong foundation before you try to put up walls. Equally as important, you must have walls before you add on the roof.
