There is one Power, one Presence in the Universe, and I call it God. God is the Author, the Creator, the Mother and the Father of all that exists! It is in every thing that ever existed. It lives in every plant, rock, grain of sand, person, place and animal. Everything vibrates with the Life of God! This Life-giving presence is Love, Focus, Perfect Health, Divine Energy and Peace of Mind.

And as I am a part of all that is, I am made of that same God-Presence and vibrate with that perfect Life. The Life of God flows through every part of my being – body, mind and spirit and I am the Peace of God! I am the Divine Love, Focus and Energy. I hear the still, small voice within me – God. And as I know this to be true, I know for each person reading these words that they too are Divine Love, Perfect Health, Focus and Energy.

I now affirm, know and declare for myself that I am perfect health! Anything that does not resemble the Divine Pattern leaves my body right now. I breathe deeply, move freely, think clearly and step into gratitude for my body and the human experience that it provides me in this lifetime. God I acknowledge the amazing human experience that is available to all people on this planet right now and I am humbled to be walking the Mother Earth today! All is Love, all is Life!

I am grateful to know this truth, grateful for the Science of Mind and the Rio Grande Center for Spiritual Living. I acknowledge the action of the Law upon my word, for as I speak into the Canyon of the Law, it echoes back the perfect manifestation.

And I release this prayer, knowing that this day is perfect and it is done!
