Marilyn, Thank you so much for the personal invite to your link. As you can see I made it!!!!! There is no way I can express my gratitude for letting me have the priveledge of reading this post. As it states in this article, we have decent people in all races, creeds, and colors of the world. I think one of the things that upsets me the most is a bigot that hates any paticular race of people. I know decent and undecent people in all races. And the decent people are ashamed of the undecent because they disgrace their race. One of the things I love about Adland is being able to communicate with all of the people around the world. Each and every one of them are individuals like ourself that are searching for friends that are decent, want to be a business person, and create friendships doing it. Yes, there are many that have more expertice than some, but if they are in the decent person catagory they will not belittle, or demean the person that does not have the same expertice as they may have. What they need to do is Stop and take the time to train the person, and then even pass them on to someone with more expertice. I have to admire people like Bogdan, and David Nelson, because they have made enough to retire, or set back and live the good life. Instead, they are there to train others to achieve the same as they have. They do not look at a person as a color, or race, but as a person with a individual name that would like to achieve through effort. This is also the way Our Lord, Jesus looked at people! (Because I am of the flesh) I have to stop and ask myself these questions. "What would Jesus do?" "Would Jesus treat this person like they were individual?"

HI James & Billie, Thanks so much for your response...I agree with you 110%. My Dad use to teach me that God only created 2 kinds of people...men and women!! All men are the same and all women are the same...under the pigment of our skin everything else is the same! What I don't understand, and probably never will before I pass from this world, is what makes prejudice ignorant people think that they are better than anyone else? We all have 2 arms, 2 legs, a body, a head, blood, bones, muscles, and water. Men and women have different private parts, but other than that, what makes them so special?NOTHING!!! No one should be looking at the color of people, their race, religion, or any of those type of things. Look at a person's heart and soul, that's what makes us different...are we a good person or not! And even if someone is not a good person, who are we as humans to judge that person? It is not our job to judge them, God is our judge, we answer to Him only! As far as people here at Adland goes, if we have people here that are belittling, or demeaning others because they don't have the same expertise, or the same knowledge....I have this to say...shame on you!! What gives someone the right to treat others in the manner? They better remember one thing...they were newbies too at one time...they were not experts in their field always, they had to learn and have time in their field to get to that position of being an expert. My advice to anyone like that is this...GET YOUR NOSE OUT OF THE CLOUDS AND COME BACK DOWN TO EARTH WITH THE REST OF HUMAN BEINGS, AND GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE BECAUSE CONTRARY TO YOUR BELIEF, YOU ARE NOT BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE, SORRY TO TELL YOU!! IN FACT, HAVING AN ATTITUDE LIKE YOU HAVE MAKES OTHERS THAT ARE KIND-HEARTED ETC. BETTER THAN YOU!! SO, GET A GRIPE ON REALITY!! God Help Those Who Know Not What They Do!! Thanks James and Billie! HI Susan, I am glad you liked the letter. I am glad there are many decent people in the world as well, unfortunately we also have many that are not as well. It is a crying shame that we have to have people like that, but people can change if they want to! You know, I read a story a few years back about one of the Grand Wizards of the Ku Klux Klan. This is a true story. One of them had a heart attack that nearly killed him. He was in the hospital and his doctor told him after doing many tests on his heart that he needed a heart transplant, or he was going to die. They found a donor that would match him, and the doctor told him about it. The doctor told him that the heart was from a black man, and the Grand Wizard refused the heart! Over the next 24 hours he had another heart attack and went into cardiac arrest...he nearly died this time. His doctor told him the next time he may not be so lucky...guess what the Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klna did? He decided to accept the heart...finally his life meant more to him than worrying where it came from. After the operation was finished and he was going through recovery he completely changed his ways. He realized that the heart from a black man was no different than his and all the years of having hatred for the black race was wrong! People can learn something from this story when they think they are better than someone else! Marilyn
