I found this concept interesting while watching the Desteni video about the creation of earth. The idea that the Atlanteans as multi-dimensional beings existed in our planet but there wasn't water only a sound resonance. That sound resonance manifested as the water we see today through balancing the planet with crystals to create a more physical existence for the Annunaki to retrieve gold particles.
