Hi Shannon, I believe everyone has a right to choose what benefits them most as well as what they believe. So, you are absolutely perfectly right to do ONLY what FEELS good to you! Blessings to you!

Shannon, you are precious for taking on your challenges. I am not a professional in any field but have experience with challenged men of the type that found themselves in my charge against their will. If you take any advice from me, I hope it's along the lines of connect with a group that you can share mutual joys, sorrows and victories.

I finally ordered the entire library of Paraliminal CDs - 22 of them from... http://www.Self-Improvement-Strategies.com They were having a big sale. Yippeee! Tonight I am copying all of them only my Ipod and my husband's Ipod. We listen to different paraliminal CD's every day. I love that I hear the same soothing voice saying two different things - and communicating with both sides of my brain. I always feel better after I listen. Two of my favorites right now are "Ideal Weight" and "Perfect Health." Anyone ever heard a paraliminal CD?
