Thank you Roger! I need to do some work on my signature line. I originally found help in doing this in the Learning Center forum, but it is great to have another source. This can be a challenge and not a walk in the park but well worth the effort for those who want and need to improve their marketability on the Internet.

I am glad to see that we are doing some of the same things. I have often said"...if you want to be successful, do what successful people do." Do what Roger does! ;-)

You are welcome Ken.

Doing what Roger does.. :)
If you had followed me from the start you would be dead tired by now.
I have seen, and been in, more failures than I care to remember.

You can never be 100% sure about anything, because things happen,
but it is safer to follow me now.

so Roger ...Sig..as per your instructions is done....how do i know if "it" took?

To see if a signature works ok, you can go to any message you have
written before, in direct messages or a forum, and refresh.
There are sometimes a delay.

Right now you have no signature.

Testing! It might have been a good idea to copy and sve my old signature before I did this one....Oh well! Lets see what happens.

This is not exactly like I want it but it will work for a while.

Having different signatures in a file, using notepad is just fine, is a good idea.
Mess around with a copy, not the only original.. ;)

PS. You could and should do the same with links in your About Me.

You get more visitors from a link that is clickable.
Many people don't know how to copy paste.
Typing creates typos.

It's just how it is.

Creating a clickable link also gives you the chance to name it something enticing.
Or just give a call to action like: Click here now.

Links also gets another color than the rest of the text, which makes it stand out.
The only purpose of a link is to get someone to click on it.

I like this thinking Roger because I can see the power of the call to action through a good clickable link.
I will always maintain that the about me should be about you the person and not an advertisement that can be put on the web page where you can put banners etc.
If I was to do this I would take people to a page such as the service

When we talk to calls to actions in any clickable link, then one has to put good thought in the wording that will make me want to click that link to know more...just my thoughts about it
