Okay............ Here I am being a pain in the neck again. Smart Balance is made out of geneticallly modified vegetable oils. Nothing healthy about it.

They are both against GMO foods, and tell you how bad the stuff on the market is.

Bummer. I use smart balance. I have high blood pressure and cholesterol and the container says it supports healthy cholesterol, and it has no hydrogenated oils.
