Today is the day I give thanks for my life! I give thanks every moment with every breath and I see that the Spirit that animates my body is the triumph of Mind over conditions. I am alive!

Knowing this, I invoke the Creator. I call Her forth so deeply and lovingly that She is all that I think about in this moment. As I call Her forth, I call myself. Because the Creator is, I am. Because Life is all there is, I live. I am alive!

From this place of life, I affirm and declare health. The perfect idea from which I am crafted informs my body of its goodness and its perfection. My spiritual origins are so complete that anything unlike the perfection and love from which I am born falls away, never to return. I am alive! This health, this knowingness, this wisdom are mine to experience and enjoy. My life is witness to the triumph of Spirit over conditions. I am healthy, happy, and whole.

And so I give thanks. I am grateful for my life and grateful for my health. I am grateful for all that I know and all that I have known. I am thankful for the people I love and who love me. We are all part of the greater Good and so I am blessed.

I release my word knowing this prayer is done.
