Grüner See (Green Lake), Styria, Austria.
A Lake of summer!!

This is a lake in Styria, Austria that's only 1 to 2 meters deep in winter, but when temperatures get higher the snow of the surrounding mountains melt and the lake expands, not only its surface but also its depth: it reaches the maximum depth of 12 meters. Because the lake is much smaller during winter, you can see benches and trees and bridges (that are on dry land the rest of the year) under water if you go diving during summer.

Mouse Attacks Snake to Save Friend !! A real friendship!!

At Hangzhou Zoo in Zhejiang province, eastern China, zookeepers witnessed an unusual sight after two live mice were placed in a snake’s enclosure for supper. Defying the natural order (snake eats mouse, mouse passively complies), this astonishing set of images shows what happens when one plucky rodent is unwilling to let a viper take his friend.

According to the keeper, the second mouse usually hides while the snake devours his or her mate. But after dinner had started, the other mouse attacked the snake and bit him as it tried to kill its friend. While it was too late to save him/her, the attacking mouse was given his freedom after the keeper felt he’d earned his right to live.

Nokia has invented a tattoo which will vibrate when phone rings!!

Sounds like something out of science fiction, but it's being reported by the Wall Street Journal that Nokia has applied for a patent that does just that.

The patent describes 'a material attachable to skin, which is capable of detecting a magnetic field and transferring a perceivable stimulus to the skin.' The practical use of this, is a removable vibrating tattoo.

While the technology isn't specific and could be used in many different ways, the patent makes it clear that embedding the material is the main use. It talks about using 'ink enriched by ferromagnetic or paramagnetic compounds.'
