This one without the border...I think looks better because I like the way the headline seems to float in the blackness...and also the red part on the left side looks more prominent without a border around it. I've been running both of them in traffic exchanges since last night, and the one I take most seriously is Sweeva because people see the site for 30 seconds and thumb-up or thumb-down, and this one without a border is doing better than the one with the border:
