What a person needs to do today is to build a relationship with others based on know, like and trust. Here are the things necessary for them to buy your product or service or to join your team!! It may be obvious but too many people take it for granted.
Knowing means that they have to connect with you as a person.
Like is when they like working and talking with you.
Trust is when you are a man of your word and you give them what they want.
If you do that then prospects will ask you to sponsor them instead of you asking them the old close "Do you have any questions or are you ready to get started?" They will say "Can I join you?" or they will go to your website to sign up.
