How Joy Filled Is My Gratitude
Rev Bonny Allen Rice, Minister
There is a wisdom in the process of growing older. The wisdom to forgive, our selves and others when our bodies and minds do not work as well as they used to.
To forgive the unkind comments of others and to, as Howard Thurman would suggest,
” Keep before me the moments of my high resolve.”
For the Inward Journey Pg 47
“The essence of spiritual mind healing-and all true religious philosophy-is an inner realization of the Presence of Perfection within and all about.
It is the hope of heaven, the Voice of God proclaiming: “I am that which thou art; thou art that which I am.”

“The greatest meditation is a mind that lets go, the greatest wisdom is seeing through appearances.”
A Buddhist verse
As the sacred Presence is recognized within and every where, joy fills my being. As the sun moves from the dark to the light of day the blessings are present.
No matter the dark, the light or the grey the Presence remains absolute. The ever constant Presence never leaves me. It matters not the place I am in, the Presence is infinite.
As I dwell in the sacred Presence the circumstances that I humanly face are not faced alone and I take this moment to remember who and what I am. Divine Love, Peace, Power and Perfection.
Freedom reigns supreme within me. I am not bound by small thoughts or spaces. I am lifted and nurtured and sustained. No matter how difficult the appearance there is a way through it.
I stand firmly in this belief and joy fills my being. May the day be filled with wisdom.
How joy filled is my gratitude! It is as the sun rising within, bringing light. Thank you, Spirit!
and so it is!
