One Power, One Presence And One Life
By Keith Auger
I know that there is only one power, one presence and one life; one intricate and unified and whole expression of the Divine Pattern that manifests as the universe, as the totality of life. . And I know and accept that I am one with that expression, one part of a whole, separate and distinct, and yet bound up in sharing the common and ever unfolding expression of this thing called life. And as I know that this is true for me, I know that this is true for all others, for all life, for all of creation.
And as I reflect on this expression that I call life, I am aware that that I am both a participant in and a creator of the journey, of this grand manifestation that is life. And so, with the coming of the new year, and filled with the spirit of hope that attends new beginnings, I accept this time as an opportunity to reflect and reconsider, to resolve and renew, to recommit and rededicate, to bring my best self to this journey that is life. And I know that this best self is not a self that needs to be created, not a function of being insufficient, of not being enough. It is, rather, a matter of uncovering, of revealing and showing forth what is already present, that divine self which was mine since time began. So knowing this I know that all that is necessary is to let fall away the false beliefs and delusions, to abandon the self recriminations and nagging doubts, and to allow the Divine Pattern that is already fully formed to show itself. And so I resolve, let go and let God, trusting in the certain revelation of an already perfect inner pattern, knowing that all is well, that all is God, that there is only good, and that I am unified with all life in a grand and magnificent manifestation in which I am both participant and creator.
I am grateful knowing this truth about myself and all others, grateful knowing that all are already whole, perfect and complete, and that there is within each of us the power to open out a way for that imprisoned splendor to reveal itself. I give thanks for this knowingness and I release this conviction into the law, certain that it is already so, certain that what I have awakened to has always been so.
