Pepper Spray and Wild Animals.
5/19/2012 1:59:51 AM
The “Animal Planet” T.V. channel had a true life adventure story about a naturalist who saves baby grizzly bears. If the mother bear was killed or the babies were injured in some way the naturalist would nurse the young cubs back to health. The next step would be to take them back into their natural habitat and teach them how to fish and survive on their own. But the older male grizzly bears have no familial feelings, as they would just as soon have these baby bears for lunch. The naturalist told how he didn’t have to use a gun but he used Pepper Spray to keep the grizzlies away. If a professional, has that much confidence in Pepper Spray shouldn’t you?

Can Pepper Spray protect you against snakes?

"This may come to those who use pepper spray as a shock but I found out one time while I was fishing that it also works on rattle snakes. When I sprayed the rattle snake in the eyes it started coiling up and rolling around all over the place, I could not believe it but I was real glad I had my pepper spray with me."

This is a direct quote from a fellow preacher Jerry Miller.

Pepper Spray Protection from Aggressive Animals

There are small animals like squarrels, skunks, bats, and rabbits as well as cats that can be infected with rabies. In the news lately there have been about 6 cats that have been infected just in the Greenville, South Carolina area. If you see an animal who is acting strangely aggressive, stay away from them. If one should bite you the virus travels up the spinal cord to the brain. Rabies (Latin, rabies, "madness, rage, fury") is a viral zoonotic disease that causes acute encephalitis (inflammation of the brain) inmammals. In non-vaccinated humans, rabies is almost invariably fatal after neurological symptoms have developed, but prompt post-exposure vaccination may prevent the virus from progressing. There are only six reported cases of a person surviving rabies after the onset of symptoms.

Warn your children the danger of approaching animals they do not know.
