Can Pepper Spray protect you against snakes?

Pepper Spray Protection from Aggressive Animals

There are small animals like squarrels, skunks, bats, and rabbits as well as cats that can be infected with rabies. In the news lately there have been about 6 cats that have been infected just in the Greenville, South Carolina area. If you see an animal who is acting strangely aggressive, stay away from them. If one should bite you the virus travels up the spinal cord to the brain. Rabies (Latin,rabies, "madness, rage, fury") is a viral zoonotic disease that causes acute encephalitis (inflammation of the brain) inmammals. In non-vaccinated humans, rabies is almost invariably fatal after neurological symptoms have developed, but prompt post-exposure vaccination may prevent the virus from progressing. There are only six reported cases of a person surviving rabies after the onset of symptoms.

Warn your children the danger of approaching animals they do not know.
