It might be long but every minute of reading it is well worth it. The "rudder of the day"..this is so true. When things "start off with a bang", as it sometimes does, I find that is spend my whole day just trying to keep it organized and with a smooth flow. If, however, I've had my usual 1/2 hour of contemplation in the beginning of the day everything is easier to do...even emergencies.

I remember over 20 years ago -- a professor that was tops in his field - he was constantly reading articles every day just to stay on top of the information -- in fact he had stacks of articles to ready every night before he went to bed! I hate to see what it takes now days to stay on top of the masses of information out there -- its more like sorting only for the nuggets you need and leaving the rest alone. That a greater skill that comes with time, wisdom and "good" judgment! I need to spend some more time on speed reading courses! LOL Roger L. Martin
