Miguel, There was actually a tv film of him with the queen sitting for him. I have grown up with Rolf Harris when he did his recordings and then kids programmes. He used to do huge paintings using household emulsion paint. He moved into serios art since then. His copies of other artists work are brilliant too. Here is his Lowry
