The Lenten season is a preparation for one of our many "born-again" experiences we will have in this life time. Being born-again into a higher consciousness can be a profound spiritual awakening. During Lent we fast from negative, thoughts, words and deeds as Lent is the season which reminds us of this process and invites us to a greater spiritual experience.

Palm Sunday is a celebration honoring the Christ within Jesus and thus celebrating the Christ within us. The Palm in the time of Jesus was a symbol of honor and the crowds at that time were celebrating the accomplishments of Jesus' ministry. In the same way we too celebrate our spiritual milestones.
