Bogdan, I find that the most dificult thing for people to do is make a honest commitment. When a person says, "I will try it for awhile" it is time to send them to someone else. When you find a person that says "Yes I will do it, no matter what the cost", just teach me what to do, you have a person that is commited to building a business.
