I am sure Dr King & your group leasder are watching and you will receive help with that soon.
I have been assigned as Chair of the Finances set up committee. We will not be running the finances of the company, but there are all these questions to be answered so we can elect the best person for the job. We will be making preliminary decisions and researches only. Also looking into various international banking options.
The problem with everyone dealing with their own legal side is that not all members will be able to get that kind of help or afford it, and as a company it is not secure enough. I will add your comment to our agenda though as there may have to be some alternative considerations over people who already have large multi-business concerns.
Please understand also that with 32 countries to consider so far, there is a lot of research to do.
Please don't quit on us members just because there is doubt, we would prefer you bring us your questions via your group leader so the board can try and resolve the issues. However as board members and group leaders, we all started in exactly the same position as you "In or out" and we have been thrown in very deep. It may seem a little quiet on the front at times, but we are working very very hard to try and sort things so that we can give Dr King the honour of seeing the company he envisaged, being created to the highest quality.
Please can we appeal to ANYONE on the TEAM to come forward and contact the finance committee if you have any qualifications or knowledge that would allow you to help us. No committee works entirely without ouside knowledge and that is where TEAM HOPE comes into call.
