Alas, my ladies diet turns Into a riot when she Tosses those yummies To avoid a big tummy. I hide them you see, Cause they're only for me. It is not just to flaunt that I eat what I want, But it has no effect upon me. I have the impression it's Not indigestion that Puts that look on her face. But it's my ingestion of All that she questions That makes me give her space. But.. by Super Bowl Sunday She's got over the glummies And we snack together In grace.

My Dear Friend Kathy......! Thank you for your invitation and lovely poem. You have said the truth.........! I have "amended" myself a little...... Started drinking more "chilled" water. (atleast 10 glasses of water a day) Reduced the intake of Tea and Coffee Reduced the time of sitting in front of T.V. Thank you for your sincere advise...."because you are one of the main driving forces behind everyone in our Community". Thanking you, once again. Your Ever Loving Friend, Mohamed Gani.

Kathy, Diets don't really work unless you are determined to loose the weight, and in that instance you will not need a diet, as you will be doing the right thing everyday. But some of us have no real choice in the matter and must have a specific dietary plan to follow. Regardless, I need to say that to you as I know that you aren't dieting, so who is in your home in need of a diet? Get back to me OK... Respectfully, Manuel D.
