Hi Linda, I can understand your point, however, a lot of these kids parents and the kids spend there money on street drugs instead of things they need. And oh yea I remember Stringbean. Carolyn Sproul

This poverty issue among young men and women is a GLOBAL ISSUE. We've got that sort of dress problem among young people here in the UK as well............to the point that the Government are seriously thinking of tagging parents who do not provide for their children (and this is no joke)
Buy cheap, buy twice. Or in other words: one only gets what one pays for.

the attire is one thing. how about all of the holes they like to drill and punch through themselves.(?) i'm much older and my kids are grown, but we were miles away from perfect too. happiest of new year wishes. ron s.
