I visited a hydroponic farm here last weekend and bought some Russian kale. Had never heard of it but this particular establishment had five different kinds of kale but since I planned on running it through my juicer I was told this one had more juice.

My favorite has always been the dark red...............

``My daddy told me to do the least desired job first aka frog in today's talk. Once done the rest of the day is "play time".
