Helen looks as though this lady needs anger management classes. I've seen those smart cars and I think they are the ugliest things and they do not look safe at all. Can you imagine what would happen if a bigger vehicle hit you? You would have very little protection.
I can sympathize with her about the cart rolling away as that happened to me once when I lived in Tennessee. I was at the Walmart in Lenoir City putting groceries in the back of my SUV and my cart took off and I could not catch it and I could just see it slamming into someone's vehicle but fortunately some gentleman was coming up the aisle and caught it before it did. That taught me to make sure my cart was secure before I started unloading it.
