I'm on a roll.

You might have seen this video before but it, too, is worth another look.

Awesome talent for a 13 year old....

I totally disagree Helen, because I watched this act all through the competition and although there are other dog acts that are good I just think there is none that can compare to this one that won last night. I had never seen a dog skip rope or do back flips or ride a scooter, plus there were things they did I had never seen anywhere before that they did all through the competition. There are more dogs that are not in this act you see here. They kept changing the dogs with a new one or ones, each time they performed. As I said in another post, there was some amazing talent in this years' competition and you have to remember too that there were millions of people voting and they all can't be wrong. Just my two cents worth. :)

Hello Jim

My sentiments, too! Not only that, I've seen better dog acts on YouTube. Oh well, they need the money. As long as it doesn't come out of my pocket .....

Myrna, just in case you didn't get to watch the finale tonight of America's Got Talent, this is especially for you. There was some amazing talent this year and I thoroughly enjoyed Howard Stern as a new judge. :)

Olate Dogs, the highly entertaining dog trick act trained by a father-son duo took home the “America’s Got Talent” Season 7 crown tonight, besting other frontrunners to become the first animal act to claim the title.

Helen there were more than eight dogs in the act that won and the dad did the training according to his son. They used some different dogs for each act but to be honest I have no idea how many there were total but there were more than eight when I think back to each show. Have a blessed weekend. :)

Yes I was Peter, because they caught my attention from the first moment I watched them and I agree that William Close was an excellent performer with a one of a kind act. At the quality of the talent this year, there could have been any number of winners. Just an amazing array of talent. Thanks for the videos. :)

Hey Evelyn,

I know you were rooting for the Olate Dogs to win America's Got Talent and they did. I actually favored them and William Close. Williams brilliance and talent surely deserved to win. As big a dog lover that I am I was hoping William would take the first prize. But, that said I'm overjoyed the Olate Dogs act won.

I know you posted the Olate Dogs video but I thought that watching the full show might give a perspective of the great talent they had this year on America's Got Talent.

Here's the complete final show followed by the final results.

Shalom,

Peter
