Hi Deb, insanity is right. Rain comes from God and apparently this gentleman owns the land so why would any rain that fell on his property be considered as publicly owned? Makes no sense to me and I hope Mr Harrington wins his case but with the way the courts have been ruling lately there is no guarantee he will.

In considering retirement places, we ruled Oregon out for that exact reason. Absolute insanity! The state would rather have him drain and waste his water than allow him to use it. As a resident of state in a drought situation, that really makes me furious.

Hello friends, when I read this article yesterday, I was flabbergasted! This became law in 1925. Does anyone know why a state would have a law like this? Maybe some of you might know. I am very curious to find out why the state of Oregon would say that all water is publicly owned.

Myrna I always liked this show and can remember watching it on TV on Saturday night and I find it amusing that you now like the reruns. :)

Evelyn,
This bring back some memories that I find funny. One of them is, I use to say to mom why are you watching that stupid stuff. Well guess who watched reruns, yep it was me. I just loved to watch all the costumes, the dances and the music. You know the saying, "what goes around comes around" it came back to me. lol I still laugh to this day at my remark I made to may mother. of how stupid to watch this stuff.

Hi

I've been telling people all sodas and drinks you find at 7-11 stores
(and other stores) are cancer in a can ...or a bottle. Well, there's
more stuff in that can. I hope this turns out.

Psst ... don't tell anyone but I love an occasional soda myself. I
have one or two in a year.

your mouse forward until the image is bigger. If you want the image

To remember how to make the image or print larger (Fatter) roll
the wheel Forward. Fatter >> Forward. You can use this little trick
on any email or website where you want to change the size of the
