Happy Sunday everyone. Here are a couple of videos I think you'll find interesting on how to make fresh churned home made butter. The first one involves more work than the second one and I don't remember my mom ever adding anything to hers except a little salt. I've made butter a few times with the first example but growing up my mom had the type that sat on the floor with a wooden plunger and we had to take turns sitting in a chair and plunging it up and down. More precious memories. :)

A friend gave me this recipe some time back and it's basically the same one I had for making an easy peach cobbler, this one just uses strawberries instead. I found a youtube video explaining step by step how to do it. This recipe can be cut in half or even into fourths if you're going to be the only one eating it. This has to be one of the easiest recipes to make, ever. :)

PS: Shhhhh, there's not a calorie in it but don't tell anyone. :)
